First day at a new job feels like 1st day of school. I’m coming in fresh, got my bookbag packed, and ready to learn.
I also feel like the last week was a summer vacation… so out of touch with the daily grind, but managed a little ‘summer reading.’

By the way, the greatest (IMHO) episode of “This American Life” dealt with first days and what goes wrong. For fans of the show, “Just how do you get a burning squirrel out from under a sofa?!”
