Nice post Doug. I think “just doing it” is the biggest problem facing us here at the office as we launch our new blog. I’m going to pass along these tips in the hopes that they take some of the stress out of blogging.

Of course, now I also have to get my co-workers to actually read and comment on other blogs as well. But, baby steps!
