Helping my wife cater yesterday is a great reminder of why communications professionals and some other desk jockeys use social media a lot, but folks in other professions have a harder time using it.

One of the many mantras from this weekend's Pan-Mass Challenge was "it's not a race." Good idea, when you are going between154 & 192 miles over 2 days.
