Helping my wife cater yesterday is a great reminder of why communications professionals and some other desk jockeys use social media a lot, but folks in other professions have a harder time using it.

If I’m cooking or serving food or bussing dishes, I’m not Twittering or Facebooking, am I? At least, probably not when you are.
