You can not take one strategy and think it works for everyone. The 4 hour work week- response that I dont answer emails until 4 pm - was a disaster for a lot of people. The spam catchers- I hate, when you email me and I REPLY, I shouldnt have to prove I am human, you email me first! The truth is no one can tell you how to handle your own email, to find a system that works for you, do it yourself.
