Interesting point regarding the “Chris Brogan effect”, he tweeted about one of my blog posts and I received approx. 150 visits in 2hrs.

Absolutely agree with your statement:

“It also shows me that people are naturally inclined to help each other”

Maybe I am naive but, i believe that *most* people are inherently good and will help with most reasonable requests (especially when it doesn’t require too much time & effort)

I think people understand “silly quests” involving numbers because we do them ourselves (searching for the perfect handbag or the perfect golf club, etc.). Last summer I watched along as Noel (“noneck”) Hidalgo journeyed on his quest to get to seven continents by 07/07/07.
