I’m starting a new job Monday, and while I am trying to recharge and rest up on my week off (fail), I am also trying to get myself prepared for my new job at SHIFT Communications- to start at full speed, or as close to it as possible.
After all, I don’t want to look like a clown on my first day.
How do you approach a new job/client/project/life? Do you like to come in fresh? Do you over-prepare? Have you found a happy medium?

I like the zen approach… create space for the new thing in your life, and good things will fill the space without your assistance.
